Autovative grew out of years of hands on engineering work across multi million dollar automation projects in the MENA region. Before Autovative existed as a company, that work included designing and programming PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems for major industrial and infrastructure projects, including the SCADA based traffic management system delivered for the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Doha, Qatar.

Food and beverage production depends on repeatable recipes, coordinated equipment, fast changeovers, and clear fault recovery. We develop PLC, HMI, batch, and packaging controls for mixing, filling, conveying, labeling, inspection, and end-of-line equipment. Designs account for clean-in-place sequences, product tracking, downtime visibility, and the practical needs of operators and maintenance teams.

Water infrastructure requires dependable unattended operation, clear alarm priorities, and controls that remain maintainable for years. We support treatment plants, pump stations, filtration skids, reservoirs, and distribution networks with PLC sequencing, SCADA visualization, instrumentation integration, electrical design, telemetry, and phased modernization of live facilities.

Oil and gas facilities combine geographically distributed assets, hazardous operating conditions, strict availability targets, and extensive reporting requirements. We deliver PLC and SCADA engineering for well sites, process skids, pumping stations, and pipelines, including remote communications, alarm rationalization, historical data collection, fail-safe behavior, and operator-focused diagnostics.

Traffic-management platforms must coordinate distributed roadside assets while giving control-room teams a dependable city-wide operational picture. Our experience includes AVEVA System Platform SCADA, reusable asset templates, communications monitoring, alarm prioritization, traffic-device control, event history, and dashboards designed for rapid incident awareness during normal and peak-demand operation.
